Currently Tenacity is on the verge of being a serious progression guild, we have 4 core 10 man's the run ICC weekly, and 25 man ICC and TOC on the weekends at about 6 server.There is a ten man running almost every night of the week. This allows us to utilize our members not in core 10's bu having them on standby.

We use EPGP loot system, this allows us to award those on standby by earning EP points. EPGP is a key part to Tenacity.By using this system it allows players to control what gear they want and to be able to pass on lower upgrade gear for priority on better upgrades.

With these systems in place there are addons that are REQUIRED to take part in these raids, as well as rules and guidelines that must to followed to ensure a smooth and fun raiding experience. Once all the addons and rules are in place and understood, then you will be able to raid in this environment that we have worked so hard to create.

 

Using the EPGP loot system we have utilized are guild bank into a store. Here you can purchase flasks, and other raid items, at a much lower price then what you would find on the auction house, due to these items being acquired threw EP points.

Tenacity holds all members to a code of conduct. therefore problematic members will be warned, then removed.We are a mature raiding guild and we are only interested in players that fit that environment.Raids are ran in a very controlled and non chaotic way, and members who disrupt this will find themselves being warned and rather quickly.

Tenacity has a guild vent server, that has public channels, which allows you to bring friends into vent, provided they are polite. We have guild raffles which run weekly for prizes. Currently we are recruiting all classes for standby positions. If you are active and utilize standby you will get into ICC.Gear is not required within reason, we can gear you from the first wing in ICC.
